Refunds / Cancellations Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  1. Gift cards
  2. sales Product
  3. Highly Discounted Product

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Book with obvious signs of use
  2. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Kindly align the Refund policy to be in line with the products available on the website name eldergarments.com and include the 5-7 working days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit     card where the payment was made     from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details/UPI ID where they would like to  receive the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Than Go to my order and send Exchange request.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Terms and conditions:

  1. All returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
  2. Each item can only be exchanged once.
  3. Shipping costs will not be refunded. They will be borne by the customer. Only in case of damages will the company be responsible. The video needs to be accompanied or any damage during opening of the package.
  4. All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
  5. All essentials and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  6. All items bought on sale are final – we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on sale products.
  7. We will not exchange opened or used products. In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team.
  8. If the return complies with our return and exchange policy, you will be eligible to exchange the product for a product of the same or lesser value. The difference will not be refunded. In the case that the items exceed the original value, you will be required to pay the difference.
  9. Please note: Although we have tried to accurately show the actual colour of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using.
  10. Due to the current situation you might expect a delay in the refund. Our refunds can take up-to 7 working days basis your bank/payment method working.
  11. Return Shipping Charges will be borne by the customer. If we provide the return Shipping services ,we will deduct the Shipping charges from the refund amount.
